An organization built on the power of volunteering needs to tell a story of collective human impact, not just statistics. For two consecutive years, we had the privilege of designing the annual reports for Parceiros Voluntários, one of southern Brazil's most significant NGOs dedicated to promoting civic action. Our creative challenge was to capture the energy and solidarity of thousands of volunteers and translate it into a compelling narrative of change. For me, crafting these reports was a yearly reminder of the incredible power of organized civil society and the importance of designing materials that not only inform but also inspire more people to give their time and join the movement.
