Leading the complete rebrand of a global govtech B-Corp was a challenge of both creative vision and strategic orchestration. As the central lead for Go Vocal's transformation from CitizenLab, my role encompassed everything from developing the new name and directing the art to managing a diverse team of five freelancers and a partner studio. Beyond the successful launch, my ongoing work is to guide the brand's evolution. This isn't just about ensuring visual consistency; it's about actively multiplying our impact by analyzing site performance data and listening to client focus groups to ensure our brand truly resonates with our community and powerfully serves our mission of strengthening democracy.
